Ask yourself, “What do I have to be thankful for right now in this moment?”
Take nothing for granted.
For a moment, get rid of “I want, I need, I don’t have, I wish I had, why me?”
Do you have anything in your life right now that you would miss if it were gone tomorrow? Appreciate it. Soak it up. Be present with it. Get out of yesterday and stop worrying about tomorrow long enough to  be grateful for today. Everybody has something to be thankful for. Notice it. Soak it in.

What we don’t see is that this present moment is all we have to create tomorrow. We need to learn to create the future by using the present context … Simple, but not easy …
