Let Go of Resentment and Turn Your Momentum Around in 2014

December 31, 2013 Kristin 10 Comments

2014The new year is a great time to let go of the things that bring you down. Although there may be many things that get in your way and create resistance in your life, nothing will keep you stuck or spiral you down like resentment. The longer you hold on to resentment, the more it will poison you. Let it go! Start new.

Letting go of resentment does not mean that you approve of the actions of another. It does not mean that you find the offense acceptable. It just means that you are ready to set yourself free. Someone may have hurt you in the past, but if you hold a grudge you hurt yourself in the present and the future.

Give yourself a gift as we go into 2014, and let it go!

2014 will be an exciting year for me. In just two weeks, I release my book The Snowball Effect: How to Build Positive Momentum in Your Life. This book will show you how to not only let go of resentment, but to obliterate harsh self-judgments and explosive reactions. It is a book about repairing and building so that you can experience the excellence in you that has been there all along. To find out more about the book, click this link.

I hope that you have a happy healthy new year!

Inspirational happy new year, let go, letting go, resentment
