It is so true! We exposed our three to music, sports, reading, science … and let them lead the way … which turned out to be a winning strategy … all three graduated with high school honors — and are pursuing interesting paths in college … that’s right … we have three in college at once — thank goodness for scholarships!
Donna, Last night I visited your grief and loss blog. I pray for you and know that you have endured horrific unbearable pain; pain that no human being should have to experience. It is my hope that you will be able to find joy in life again rather than just endure it. I wrote a post back in April you may be interested in. It is in the April 2012 achives of my blog and is called “Embracing the Pain.” You may want to check out namasteconsulting.com. It is a blog with a lot of helpful information regarding grief and loss. Take care. Thank you for your comments.
As an educator and mother, i can’t tell you how this made my day… I’ve come to so appreciate how individual each person is and no standardized testing can ever truly come close to measuring what each offers… -Renee
That looks really good here! Thanks…

Hi,
I love it, and so very true. 😀
