“Anybody can become angry-that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way- that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy.” -Aristotle

But better not to be angry at all. Or at least, seldom.

Chronic and explosive is the most damaging.

For sure. A little bit of anger that’s under control is okay if it isn’t directed at another person. I think a timeout room with a punching bag is ideal.

Timeout room with a punching bag sounds good. For me, a good workout often does the trick.:)

Blessed one I agree with you and Aristotle. Getting angry is a waste of energy. I try to be calm cool and collected at all times.
Thanks so much for sharing. God blesses.

I write something funny and get tons of readers. I write something serious about abolishing child abuse and war and cruelty to animals, and I’m a pariah. It’s kind of disheartening.
