    True. It’s the “seek and ye shall find” idea– we just have to choose what we’re seeking, right? And when you think about it that way, it makes sense to choose happy things!

    THANK YOU! There is a difference between being aware of the negative and being completely pessimistic about every moment. I had a storage container worth of “life is awful” files. Emptying that sucker out was the best decision ever. Now my mind is full of the amazing, and sometimes confounding files.
