This is so true. My sister and I are perfect examples of it. It’s amazing how we can “experience” the same events and people, and yet, have entirely different experiences.
I’ve been reading about ‘maitri’ a buddhist term for self-love…wonder what the world would be like if we were all a little kinder and gentler with ourselves…thanks for this post and the reminder that I am at choice, Kristin!
that depends on my day of the week and how many bodies I’ve milled down 🙂 J/K – but yes .. you catch more bees with honey but sometimes I’m the Wasp!
It is like experiencing a tiny smidgen of a crumb of heaven when we finally experience the postive in what you are talking about here! Great reminder! I can take it either way. It is my choice to be aware of what I am doing to me! Thank you!
Kristin, that is a wonderful way of saying it. Beautiful. Love it. 🙂
Thanks, Stuart. Happy Sunday to you.

You are so welcome!

Maybe a little naive, but better than carrying the chip. 🙂
For sure!
