    This is so true. My sister and I are perfect examples of it. It’s amazing how we can “experience” the same events and people, and yet, have entirely different experiences.

    I’ve been reading about ‘maitri’ a buddhist term for self-love…wonder what the world would be like if we were all a little kinder and gentler with ourselves…thanks for this post and the reminder that I am at choice, Kristin!
